Winter has been good to Made590 this year with lots of beautiful new stock making its way into our store in bright palettes, gorgeous knits and divine gifts and homewares. Firstly we were very excited to announce the arrival of our gorgeous Ruthie Wrap Skirts in three bright and fun prints including Harvest Basket- a burst of pastel pink and purple fruits fabric, Colourful Rooftops- just that…some beautifully coloured rooftops of houses all in a row, and the pretty-in-pale blue Dixie Floral skirt, perfect for an escape to the country. All the girls here were dying to show off their latest pairings and we must say they look pretty darn adorable don’t you think? Secondly we had an exciting visit from the Culdesac fairy who brought the much anticipated wool and wool-blend Peacock Cardigan in red, grey, and purple, perfect as delicate dress cardy or for a more layered look over a longer sleeve during the chilly months. This cardigan would also make for a perfect spring evening light coat and a coat for the warmer summer evenings. The cardy has been super popular since its arrival last week, we’re loving the beautiful crochet-meets-lace look from our much loved Sydney based brand Culdesac!
As always, our gorgeous collection of Woodland Dolls from Lapin And Me arrived this season in their beautiful little pastel and bold coloured knits with their signature teddy ears and bobble hats at the ready. The Woodland Doll is a very special gift indeed, each doll is hand painted and created by a dedicated old man in Japan, where the original Mid-Century Lapin Doll originated in the early seventies.
