With the Australia Day Long weekend upon us it is time to celebrate everything we love about Australia, including Lamingtons. Because let’s face it, you can’t beat a jam and cream filled lamington on a hot summers day, unless of course you are enjoying eating it in a piece of Made590 clothing – just try not to get the coconut everywhere!
