We’ve collaborated with Andrea Smith who is the talented illustrator behind this print!
Take a look below at some of her progress shots; Andrea hand paints paper & then cuts all the elements for the artwork out of the paper, to create a collage. It gives the print a 3 dimensional quality.
This print is a fun and playful take of a wild jungle featuring lions and tigers and everything in between!
It features on a navy base and the dress version, known as the new popular Jessie Dress, is a cotton sateen stretch fabric, meaning it’s super comfortable to wear and versatile with its navy primary base colour.
We’ve also included this print on our newest skirt, Jeanie. The Jeanie – In the Jungle print features on a stretch drill fabric. This skirt replicates a denim skirt with features like a front zip with two button closure on the waist band, as well as two back pockets. She’s so comfortable to wear and allows movement unlike traditional stiff denim skirts. Again on a navy base, with lots of colours throughout, she’s a super versatile one to match back with cardigans, basics, tshirts as well as accessories.
