Made590 is a Sydney based fashion label with an amazing, jam packed, colourful retail store in Newtown. We’re looking for an experienced sales staff member for a permanent part time retail position 4 days a week with a mixture of weekday and weekend work. Must be approachable, friendly, reliable, LOVE to chat and be enthusiastic about working in a small business dedicated to locally made clothing and independent design. This job will include working as part of a team some days and independently on others. You must be available to work every Saturday as well as three weekdays.
*4 day a week long term permanent part time position with room to grow within your role, this will include three week days and a Saturday.
*Friendly and supportive working environment, with a small, dedicated team of creative women.
*Interactive customer service role in store with a focus on clothing sales as well as some website and behind the scenes work.
*Retail experience is necessary, but you will be provided with training for all aspects of your position at made590.
*A passion for Australian made clothing and fashion in general is a must, as is existing knowledge of our store and what we do here.
*We design womens clothing for sizes 6-26, so all sizes are welcome and encouraged at made590.
*Must be punctual, reliable, talkative and enthusiastic about your job. We are all extremely dedicated and love what we do here at made590, so we are looking for another like-minded staff member.
